Cookie policy

Version of 1 November 2026 · Español (the Spanish version prevails)

In short: Kronochart sets no cookies, neither for advertising nor for analytics, which is why we show you no banner to accept them. We only store in your browser what the website needs to work, and two third-party services may use their own when you ask to sign in.

What Kronochart stores in your browser

We use your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device and which our servers do not read:

WhatWhat forHow long
Your language, timeframe and chart settings, and the entry in progressSo the app and the demo look as you left themUntil you clear your browser data
Without an account: your decision historyShowing your score without asking for any dataUntil you clear your browser data
With an account: the sessionKeeping you signed in until you press “Sign out”Until you sign out
While you return from Google or the email: that you ticked the sign-up boxesCompleting sign-upDeleted when finished
If you use “Your trades”: your trades and what you decide when you revisit themThe service you ask for (see privacy)Until you press “Delete my trades”, delete your account or clear your browser data
If you turn on “don’t count my visits” in Umami: that flagRespecting your choiceUntil you clear your browser data

All of this is needed to give you what you ask for, so it does not require your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI).

Cookie-free visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies, does not identify you and respects your browser’s “do not track” setting. What it measures is explained in the privacy policy.

Third-party services that may use their cookies

They only load when you open the app’s “Sign in” panel, that is, when you ask to access your account:

  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): checks that whoever requests the sign-in email is a person and not a program. It may store technical data in your browser for that check. It is a security measure needed for the service.
  • Google: the “Continue with Google” button loads from Google, which may use its own cookies to know whether you are signed in to Google and to sign you in if you press it. Google explains how in its cookie policy.

If you do not open the “Sign in” panel, neither of them loads.

How to delete it

You can delete local storage and cookies from your browser settings (usually under “Privacy” → “Clear browsing data”). If you do, the app will forget your settings and, if you have no account, your history.
