Terms of use

Version of 1 November 2026 · Español (the Spanish version prevails)

These terms govern the use of kronochart.com and its training app (kronochart.com/entrena). You accept them when you create an account. If you use the app without an account, they also apply where relevant. Kronochart is owned by Jose Miguel Santos García, tax ID 53591505X, address Calle Ubio, 8, 29790 Chilches, Vélez-Málaga (Málaga). Contact: hi@kronochart.com.

1. What Kronochart is

Kronochart is a training tool. It shows you the chart of a real past moment in the crypto markets, cut before anything happens, so you decide what you would do. Then it shows you what happened and how you compare with chance. It is practice for learning to read the market and to manage risk and emotions.

  • It is not financial advice, nor an investment recommendation, signal or forecast. Everything you see is from the past.
  • No real money is traded. Trades, leverage and liquidations are simulations.
  • There are no prizes with economic value. Rankings, badges and kronis cannot be exchanged for money or anything worth money.

Before trading in a real market, read the trading risks page.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account and confirm it when you sign up. Each person may have only one account. Accounts are personal: do not share or transfer them.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or with a link or code we send to your email; Kronochart does not use passwords. You are responsible for what is done from your account, so protect access to your email. When you sign up you get a random nickname that you can change. If you appear in a ranking, people will see your nickname, never your email.

Your nickname must not impersonate anyone, use third-party brands (for example, exchange names), advertise anything or be offensive. If it does, we may replace it with a random one.

You can download your data and delete your account at any time from “My account” in the app. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

4. Fair use

Kronochart is only worth something if every decision is yours and the rankings are honest. That is why you may not:

  • use programs, bots or any automated system to answer entries, request reveals or download the bank of entries;
  • look up the date or the outcome of an entry before deciding to climb a ranking, or share them so others can do so;
  • have several accounts or use other people’s accounts;
  • exploit bugs in the app (if you find one, please tell us at hi@kronochart.com, we will be grateful);
  • try to access data that is not yours, overload the service or get around its security measures;
  • use Kronochart to advertise products, services, signals or investment groups.

If we detect such use, we may void the affected decisions, remove you from rankings, take back kronis or badges and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend or close the account. Unless it is urgent, we will email you first and you can explain yourself.

5. Plans, Pro trial and price

Kronochart is currently free. When you create an account you get a 7-day trial with everything in the Pro plan, with no card and no commitment. When it ends, you stay on the Free plan and are not charged anything. We do not ask for payment details.

If we open paid plans in the future, we will announce them first and publish their terms (price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and right of withdrawal), and you will never move to a paid plan without expressly signing up for it. What each plan includes, including the Free plan, may change; we will tell you about changes that affect you.

6. Kronis

Kronis are in-app points earned through consistency (for example, by completing today’s challenge) and redeemed for advantages inside Kronochart, such as Pro entries or a streak protector.

  • They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to other accounts or exchanged for money, cryptocurrencies or goods or services outside Kronochart. They have no economic value.
  • There is a maximum balance, and we may change how they are earned and what they can be used for. If a change takes away something you already had, we will tell you first.
  • They are lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for misuse.

7. Daily challenge and rankings

Today’s challenge is the same for everyone with an account and changes every day at 00:00 UTC. Rankings show only nicknames and real results: there are no made-up accounts or participants. There are no prizes in cash or in kind: only the position, badges and kronis described here. We may correct a ranking if there was an error or misuse.

8. Content and market data

Candles come from Binance (data.binance.vision), USDⓈ-M perpetual futures, under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 licence. Binance is not involved in Kronochart and does not endorse it. The statistics we show (for example, how often a pattern beat chance) come from that data with the method we explain in each case; they may contain errors and do not guarantee what will happen in the future.

Kronochart’s texts, design, code, brand and studies belong to the owner. You may share screenshots of your results and links to the website. You may not copy the bank of entries, the app or its content for another service.

9. Availability and changes

Kronochart is in its early versions. We do our best to make it work well, but it may have bugs, outages or changes, and some features may change or disappear. If we decide to close the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to download your data first.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, email you before it applies. If you disagree, you can delete your account.

10. Liability

Kronochart is training with past moments. The decisions you make in real markets are yours, and the owner is not liable for any losses arising from them, nor for linked third-party services or websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before anything else, write to us at hi@kronochart.com: we will try to sort it out.
